Author Biography

Dr Ng Sek Hong is Reader in the School of Business at the University of Hong Kong. He attended the London School of Economics and Political Science of the University of London for an MSc degree in industrial relations and later, also for his PhD specializing in the field of industrial sociology. He teaches and has published several books and a number of articles in the area of employment and labour study, industrial relations and human resources.
